Shipping & Delivery Information

At LeoNalu, we are committed to getting your premium headsets, mice, and controllers to you efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Method & Areas

We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: 7-20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. There is currently no free shipping promotion.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to [email protected]. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. LeoNalu has no control over these costs and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. LeoNalu is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact the carrier directly. For any issues with lost or undelivered packages, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.
