By accessing and using the LeoNalu website ("the Site") and purchasing our products (Headsets, Mice, Controllers), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. User Conduct and Orders

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. LeoNalu reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of LeoNalu or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeoNalu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to such claim.

The products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LeoNalu does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Note: Certain items, such as opened software or personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless defective. Please refer to specific product pages for any additional restrictions.
